The JeCCDO PI-REWCAA project is actively conducting a refresher training for Community Development Facilitators (CDFs) and Officers working at the field level. The training focuses on key areas such as Psycho social Support (PSS), Basic Business Skill (BBS), and Business Development Services (BDS), alongside critical life skills training.

In addition to these core topics, participants are engaging in specialized sessions on Communication, Branding,  Photo Capturing Techniques, story capturing and data  recording ensuring they are equipped with the tools to effectively document and promote the impact of the project.

The training, which commenced in Bahirdar, has continued in Dessie and Kombolcha and will be concluded in Debrebrhan. Similar training has been given for north weloo woreda CDF’s and officers in the previous month by tesfabirhan Child and Family Development Organization. This initiative underscores JeCCDO’s commitment to empowering field officers with enhanced skills and knowledge, fostering more effective community engagement and project execution.
