JeCCDO, through its PI-REWCAA project, is making a significant impact on rebuilding the economies and emotional well-being of women in 12 conflict-affected woredas in Amhara Regions. We’ve successfully provided psychosocial support (pss), business development services (BDS/BBS), life skills training, and entrepreneurial and business development training. This has empowered women to establish enterprises and access finance through grants and loan facilities.
We've also established Youth Advisory Groups (YAG) and Women Peace Forums (WPF) to further support these initiatives. Our efforts have notably improved the financial independence and emotional well-being of the targeted women. They are now engaged in dignified and fulfilling jobs,
running their own businesses, and generating income for their livelihoods.
In addition, we offer technical training, short practicums, and strengthen women peer support groups. We facilitate access to finance and financial services through special arrangement with financial institution. These partnership enable target women to secure the loan they need without
requirement of collateral.
