Jerusalem Children and Community Development Organization (JeCCDO)

Jerusalem Children and Community Development Organization (JeCCDO) is a registered Civil Society Organization. Established in 1985 in response to the dire needs of displaced and orphan children in Ethiopia affected by drought and famine. JeCCDO has supported millions of people through its integrated social, economic, capacity development, humanitarian, and social business interventions.

The program focus of JeCCDO is on the selection and implementation of few and sustainable interventions. JeCCDO will be founded on the following FOUR program frameworks and targets.

Every year, we implement a wide range of integrated socio-economic development programs to realize our organizational vision, mission, goals, and objectives. The programs are formulated to address the socio-economic problems of the communities and to develop the capacity of their institutions. Significant results have been achieved in areas of social development, Livelihoods, Community Capacity Building, Building Safety Net Programs (PSNP), Social Accountability, Social Enterprise, and Humanitarian Aid.
